Any data collected by such third-parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third-parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from Our Services. We do not make any guarantee regarding any such third-parties, We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications, and We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data You provide to any third-parties. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

International Transfer of Your Information
We do transfer, store, and process Your information in countries other than Your own. The Royal House is located in the Republic of Ghana, and Our servers are located in the United States of America. Even if You are accessing Our Services from within the United States of America, or from within the Republic of Ghana, please be aware that Your information is being transferred to Us in the Republic of Ghana from Our servers in the United States of America, and that Your information may be stored and processed by Us in either of these two locations, or by third-parties with whom We may share Your personal information in these two countries, and in other countries.
If You are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in Your country. How Long We Keep Your Information
We will keep Your personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, with the following exceptions:

- The period of time for which the personal information of Honorees of the Royal House and individuals who have been assigned user Accounts on Our Services is not governed by this Privacy Policy. Please see our Terms of Use instead.
How We Keep Your Information Safe
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite Our safeguards and efforts to secure Your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third-parties will not be able to defeat Our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify Your information. Although We will do our best to protect Your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our service is at Your own risk. You should only access Our Services from within a secure environment, and it is Your sole responsibility to determine what constitutes a "secure environment".
Collection of Information from Minors
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to persons under 18 years of age. By using Our Services, You represent that You are at least 18 years of age. If We learn that personal information from users under 18 years of age has been collected by Us, We will deactivate whatever user Account which may exist for said user, abate whatever Honours may have been granted to said user, seal for a period of no more than 18 years whatever information of permanent Public Record that We may possess regarding said user, and take reasonable measures to promptly delete all other such data from Our records. Privacy Rights for United States Residents
U.S. State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding Our use of their personal information. To exercise Your privacy rights, as described in any part of this section of Our Privacy Policy, You may contact Us using the form on the Contact Us page of Our Website.
You are hereby notified that We do not sell Your personal data to third-parties or process personal data for targeted advertising.
California Residents
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits Our users who are California residents to request and obtain from Us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) We disclosed to third-parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third-parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.

Verification Process
Upon receiving Your request to limit use and disclosure of Your sensitive personal information, or to delete Your data, We will need to verify Your identity to determine that You are the same person about whom We have the information in Our system. These verification efforts require Us to ask You to provide information so that We can match it with information You have previously provided to Us. For instance, depending on the type of request You submit, We may ask You to provide certain information so that We can match the information You provide with the information We already have on file, or We may contact You through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that You have previously provided to Us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use personal information provided in Your request to verify Your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, We will avoid requesting additional information from You for the purposes of verification. However, if We cannot verify Your identity from the information already maintained by Us, We may request that You provide additional information for the purposes of verifying Your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. - You may request correction of Your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the information.
